- Fermented dosa batter
- Boiled and mashed potatoes
- Red chutney (garlic, chilli, coconut)
- Onions, mustard seeds, curry leaves
- Thuppa for roasting

Prepare the potato masala with a tempering of mustard and onions.

Spread batter thin on a hot tawa, drizzle thuppa.
